As the Director of Operations for Wearhouse, I've had the privilege of working closely with the brand to elevate its presence in the fashion landscape. A highlight of my role was coordinating the launch party, which successfully attracted over 600 guests, significantly boosting brand awareness and exceeding our initial goals. My efforts in content creation and email marketing led to a remarkable 40% increase in website traffic, driving engagement for our new product launches. Collaborating with talented cross-functional teams, I've managed event logistics, secured sponsorships, and fostered influencer partnerships to expand our reach. Currently, I’m working alongside Olive on a redesign of our digital platforms, focusing on revitalizing our social media presence and exploring paid media opportunities to propel the brand’s growth even further.
